How to Use: Put a handful of Calming Tea into a bath tea bag and place in a bath filled with warm water. Let the tea bag steep for a few minutes and gently squeeze the tea bag to release the essential oils into the water. Carefully immerse yourself in the bath and soak for at least 30 minutes. Once you are done, turn the bag inside out and dispose of the used tea into a trash bag. Rinse the reusable bath tea bag and hang it to dry, ensure that the bag is completely dry before storing it.
